FULL DELIVERY POLICY
We are happy to offer same-day delivery within Manhattan when possible, although same day orders may incur a $20 expedite fee. We have a very busy studio and it is always best to order ahead to ensure your flower and delivery preferences.
We do not take same-day delivery orders online, but we do accept them via phone or in person. Our cutoff time for same-day deliveries varies, so it is recommended that you contact us as early in the day as possible. Please note that for same-day deliveries, floral options are limited by what we have immediately available.
To treat our work with the utmost of care, all of our arrangements are hand-delivered. We are therefore unable to provide tracking information; however, we can provide delivery details upon request.
While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do accept delivery time requests. We typically require at least two hours window for a timed delivery.
We deliver Mondays through Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays, major public holidays and on Saturdays in July and August.
We require a company name, floor or suite number, and contact phone number if an arrangement is being delivered to a business address. Due to very strict security policies that many buildings in Manhattan have implemented, oftentimes floral arrangements cannot be accepted by a front desk and must be accepted directly by the recipient or a colleague.
For deliveries to residential addresses, a phone number for the recipient is required whether or not there is a doorman present.
Deliveries sent to addresses where no one is present to accept the arrangement will be returned to our shop, and will incur an additional fee if we must reattempt delivery.
